I've forgotten my Email or Nickname

If you have forgotten your Email or Nickname, please create a new account by signing up. (Please note that your points cannot be transferred to the new account)

I've forgotten my password

To reset your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" and the follow the instructions

I would like to change/update my profile information

You may change or update your profile information from profile setting. However, please note that you will not be allowed to change your first and last name.

I did not receive a confirmation email after I signed up

There could be a possibility that you have not registered your e-mail correctly. Please sign up again and ensure that your e-mail address was accurately registered.

There could also be a possibility that the e-mail has been sent to your Spam or Junk mailbox.

I would like to cancel my membership

If you wish to cancel your membership, please send us and email via support@japan-point.com with the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and NRIC/FIN or passport number.
  • A copy of your NRIC/FIN or Passport.
  • Details of the information you wish to amend or delete.

Only upon receiving all the above stated information will your membership will be cancelled.

I could not log in with my registered information

There are various reasons that could cause your account to be locked. As such, please send your enquiry to support@japan-point.com.

I would like to change/ update delivery setting

You may change or update your delivery setting from your profile settings in the mobile app.

I would like to change my Email address

You may change your profile information (Email address) from your profile settings. However, do note that your log in ID will remain the same (first sign up)
