All the ramen recipes featured on Chabuton’s menu are created by Chef Yasuji Morizumi. He is the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen chef and was crowned the ‘King of Ramen’ by TV Champion, a popular TV programme in Japan.
Chabuton ramen dishes to choose from up to 4 different Tonkotsu Ramen (noodles in broth, pork bone flavor), Shio Tonkotsu Ramen (noodles in a pork bone broth flavored), Shoyu Ramen (noodles in water. Japanese soy sauce, fragrant soup) and Shoyu Zaru Ramen (Japanese style cold noodles. Masaru hot sauce made from soy sauce, delicious Japanese) also has a crush on a range of tops to pair with ramen.
